Processing & Shipping

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. We use UPS as our sole carrier, and shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not happy with your jerky—even if it’s been opened—just let us know.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us with your order number to start a return. We’ll provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label to send the product back.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund, replacement, or store credit—whatever works best for you.

Lost or Damaged Orders
